This case illustrates the classic findings of hip osteoarthritis including joint space narrowing, subchondral cysts, and osteophytes or osseous productive changes. Osteoarthritis most commonly presents with morning stiffness and pain related to use, and is very common in patients older than 65 years of age. It is classified as either primary or secondary. Secondary causes should be entertained in younger patients, and these include femoracetabular impingement syndrome, developmental dysplasia of the hip, and ankylosing spondylitis (see image below).

I also had different lab and xray procedures because I OA when I was a teenager.
