It looks like he may have bone on bone with damaged muscle or bulge in the left hip, possibly caused by Elers Danlos syndrome …..I have it, it attacks the joints also causes random muscle spasms my form is rare type 3 hyper mobile but there are vascular types as well… depending on the stage it causes inflammation of the joints as well so a pain specialist, pain killers and anti inflammatory…..the bad news is there is no cure
