History: 30 year old male with chest wall pain. 

Single oblique radiograph  of the chest shows a left anterolateral 6th rib fracture with a moderate sized left pneumothorax. Note also, the left costophrenic sulcus is blunted, which is likely compatible with a hemothorax.
