History: 60 year old female presents with headache.

Single axial CT scan through the head without contrast shows a right parietal extra-axial mass which is calcified.
The diagnosis in this case was meningioma, which is the most common extra-axial mass in the adult. Classically they are seen in elderly females, as in this case.
